Cancellation Policy
Due to the highly scheduled nature of our business, The Cabana enforces a cancellation policy on ALL services with ALL providers and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to each provider to decide whether the fee is applied. When booking an appointment at The Cabana, you agree to the terms of this policy as well as the terms ofthe Cancellation & Deposit Policy of Cabana Providers
The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you attend the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline, 24 hours before your appointment, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed. If you have paid a deposit towards your service, your deposit will be applied to the balance on the ticket.
Cancelling your scheduled service within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost.
No shows will be charged the full service cost.
If we are unable to collect the associated fees with cancelling or no-showing appointments, your penalty fees will be due as a deposit in order to book future appointments. Excessive Cancellations may result in blocking from self-service and online booking.
